At Veléa, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted pieces as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order has been processed, it is sent for fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.


SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days, depending on:

- Your location

- Carrier delays

- Customs processing (for international orders)

- Seasonal demand and volume

These are estimates, not guarantees.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Veléa is not responsible for:

- Incorrect addresses

- Missed deliveries

- Packages sent to the wrong location due to customer error

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not refundable.


LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Veléa is not liable for delays once your order is in transit.

If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it:

- Contact your local carrier

- Check with neighbors or building management

No refunds will be issued for confirmed deliveries.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers may be subject to:

- Customs inspections

- Import duties or taxes

- Delays beyond our control

All fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


FAILURE TO RECEIVE PACKAGE

If a package is returned due to:

- Refusal of delivery

- Incorrect address

- Failure to pick up

The order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
